xml - html parser?

I have created a xml page with (xml + xslt) with .xml extension. But I am unable to view the HTML Code source in the view source of the browser (both IE and mozilla)

My webpage of .xml is shown unrecognized format in Google as well.

What MIME type are you serving the content as? (In Mozilla, press Ctrl+I or go to Tools > Page Info, listed under "Type").

Bear in mind that, whilst IE5+ and Mozilla support

text/xml

, most search engines (including Google) do not.

I think you didnt got my problme well. The page which i created in xml is shown exceptionally well and in its view source both explorers (mozilla & IE) i can see the xml source code.

But I want it to be displayed in HTML tags rather than XML tags. I have seen a site doing such, it has got pages created in .xml but when you see the souce code it is completely HTML.

kindly do guide and you need further specification i will posted.
