Looking for XML Feeds

I am looking for some different databases for my websites and one, in particular, that I am looking for are mortgage rates. Can't find them for the life of me. I'd also like to get my hands on restaurant listings where you can type a city or zip in and get the restaurants and their reviews for that area. I'd prefer free obviously, but wouldn't mind paying something for them. I just draw the line before monthly rates. Finally, if anyone has come across a site with database site listings that would be helpful. Yes, I know how to use google. Thanks in advance.

You're looking for free content. Be aware that you frequently get what you pay for, it makes no difference if the content is syndicated in an XML feed or distributed as PDFs or HTML pages.

That said, there are several search engines for XML feeds, see [faganfinder.com...] . The Open Directory (dmoz.org ) has also been adding RSS links for a few months, though the listings in many categories will still be sparse.

As for rates, I can direct you to BankRate.com as a reasonably reliable source ; see [bankrate.com...] .
