We have a very successful domain name. And the Company
who we signed in and registered this originally to get this domain name now sold the Company named to "Ampira".
We were notified that our domain name will lapse on
the 20th of this month. And so we did renew through there new site,
but however we cannot proceed on everytimeg the site would freeze up, and we notify them both by calls who has nothing
but answering machine and emails that we never got an answer back.
And so now 1 day had past "21sth of Feb" and finally we are so concerned that we again called and finally had a lady informed us just log in at the disclosed information she gave, and this was
Friday "yesterday". Again we cannot avail of that page site to renew our domain name. But again we never got concern now since she repeatedly said we have 40 days to re-activate it and she said 30 days and but later recounted and said 40 days instead and the domain name is still ours as she said it but after 40 days it is open for any public to acquire this.
The problem now, two days from it lapse as we try many attempts the name has been given just now to someone else.
How, can that be and what are the steps needed, can we sue this people and if ever who.
Please help, frantic over here and not sure what to do.
Something isn't right here since the damin name is unique in itself.
