Hi. Onlinenic.com offers a great price (6.69 per domain). I have registered 50+ domains with them. In the past 2 weeks I cannot register anymore domain with them. (I still have usd200+ with them)I emailed them more than 10 times but no reply.

Anyone having the same experience or know them, please give some feedback. Thanks

Their customer service is not great, they always take 24 - 48 hours to get back to me but have always returned my enquiries within that time frame. And they all seem to be Chinese, they can speak English but some of the grammar used on their website and in their emails looks as though it has been produced by a translator program.

Do you use the gui or the api for registrations and what is the error message that you get.

I just had quite an unnerving experience with OnlineNIC, and I am still waiting for the situation to be resolved.

I joined, but their website has some bugs and I could not "add funds", so we agreed to do it manually. But their guy added the wrong amount AND charged an unauthorized "fee", so I ended up paying MORE to register domains than I would have buying them RETAIL!

I have sent 7 Emails and two phone calls, all with NO REPLY! Their support system SUCKS!

All I want now is a REFUND! Their "policy" is to charge for a refund (go figure) AND claims it take 4 to 6 weeks! SO I may be forced to dispute charges on my VISA card!

If you're interested, I'll update you on the results!

Peace!
