Domain whois plugin?

Any software that will show me ownership info for sites I visit?

I'm looking for a software that installs as a toolbar/ plugin to IE and shows me domain ownership info for the web site I visit. I found something on these lines, not exactly this tho', sometime back, it was in my bookmarks and my PC crashed, so I don't have it.

Would anyone know of such a plugin?
