AfterNIC's New Owner?

Did NameBuySell acquire Afternic?

As of Dec 17, 2002, AfterNIC was being closed by Register.com.

By the looks of the AfterNIC site, it appears NameBuySell purchased the Afternic serivce. Anyone have any news or insights into this? I can't seem to find any news mentions anywhere.

namebuysell...has just bought the domain name and the traffic that comes with it..!

No member db or their data or anything else belonging to old afternic is bought...!

Atleast, thats what i know as of now!
