Another major piece from WmW:s master surfer. Thanks NFFC. Heard the argument for more funding from an ICANN board member across a dinner table quite recently.

ICANN has the power but no money, and wants money. Country managers have the money but no power and want power. In the ways of this world, power has a tendency to gravitate in the direction of money. Therefore country managers will get what they want. That's my chrystal ball prediction.
