Host parking page on my domains

When the www. is not used

I have a reseller hosting account & have noticed that all domains when typed without the www. show the hosting companys advert with links to thier homepage etc.

At first I thought it was beacaue the domains were registered through them, but after moving away from them for registrations and managing my own dns's, this is still happening.

When I mention it to them I never get a reply.
Do I and the other companies hosted have any legal argument to force thenm to point both dns's
at the website?

If you are doing this, you can just create a new "www-less" dns entry, and that should take care of the problem.
