HELP I registered my domain with netsol.com, now it at tucows.com and its..

hi all. I went to netsol.com today to update my domain registeration and my whois shows that TUCOWS.com has my name in there data base. I called netsol.com and they told me that they don't have any record of me ever registering the name with them(i do, when you pay with a credit card, everthing is trakeable). how can I reregister the domain so that I dont get F@#$# out of it. Thanks all.

Are you the administrative contact, and is the email for that contact valid in the whois record?

If you domain is with Tucows, you can locate the reseller their that has your domain and pay them to renew it for you. But it sounds like that may not be easy for you since you don't already know whom is the reseller. So you could go retail with the domain and handle it directly. Lots of people seems to perferer GoDaddy.com as a good registrar that deals with retail domains. Which ever registrar you want to renew with is fine. Just pick one and then go to their site and fill out the forms there that allow you transfer the domain and renew.

warning: bitter message alert! - i feel your pain. my suggestion to anyone is STAY AWAY FROM NETSOL. they have sc&*^#d me so many times it makes me ill. i've literally had them laugh at me when i tried to get something cleared up. like them taking money and reselling the domain. i recently lost my domain because they neglected to send even a single notice of renewal. it dissapeared w/out any grace period. i wonder which employee got it.
if you get in touch i can suggest a registry who is not only cheaper, but whose service is unblievable. i've actually had them call me to make sure before they deleted a domain i intended to let go. good luck.
