There are four basic levels from your website to the regisitrar.

Website <-- Domain's IP <-- Domains Name Server <-- Domain's Registrar/Whois

Ok, so you have changed your name servers. Now you need contact the person or organization that controls the name server you pointed to. They will map your domain name to an IP address. You will want to know the IP address or your website or server that your domain will be mapping/resolving to.

Most of the time, the name servers are operated by your host or by the host's host (in reseller situations). The current nameservers for a domain will show up when you do a WHOIS on the domain.
