I tried to transfer a domain to another registrar from netsol for my client. But after failing 3 times - he said he did not receive the confirmation email from netsol therefore the failure. I tried the transfer once myself & know that after you reply the first email from the new registrar, netsol will follow up the next day with an email for the owner to reply to saying Yes to authorize transfer.-It's all automated I know. But for this case - it' really strange that my client has not received the confirmation email but only the notification of rejection.
Any of you guys with similiar problems & how to solve it ?

Which registrar are you trying to transfer too?

Most likely the error is in between the keyboard and the chair in your clients office ;)

Are you certain of the obvious things....like is the email address on the record the same as the clients current email?

We had one client report the same problem -- the email from VeriSign never came. We just tried a 2nd time and it worked. Keep trying!
