One of the Arbitrators...for domain name disputes is closing its doors...this is what i can see on their home page..

eResolution has folded its operations. The team wishes to thank all of those who have supported its ground-breaking work and sincerely regrets any inconvenience or difficulty that may have arisen as a result of the closure.
The system is still accessible to registered users and the Clerk's office will handle pending cases to their completion.

Guess they were one of the unbiased amoung the four allowed to arbitrate the domain disputes...
The latest study by Professor Michael Geist's says WIPO and NAF are biased towards the trademark holders...and they are been blamed for unfainess...In such a case...closing of erosultion should be percieved as a loss...
What are your thoughts...??
I hope I never have to worry about using them.
It must not be profitable to arbitrate domain name disputes or something.
