Domains for a Dollar

I just got this in my inbox.

Staples and Register.com are doing a co-branded promotion [staples.register.com] through Sept 30 that offers domain name registration for a dollar!

Just got a few miss spellings on my domain. The site did not state the renewal fee. Sent an inquiry to them to find out.

basically all they are doing is giving you the first year for a buck. The second year it goes back to regualar pricing of $70 USD per year.

You can always move them to a different registrar during the year if you want.

Which, I have a bunch-o-domains coming due that are about to get transfered.
