I suppose the Smiley vs.ICANN lawsuit is wrapping up. Anybody heard more?

I have invested in the lottery to obtain a URL that matches my business.

Although I do not agree with the start-up scheme, I figured I only had this one shot to land this URL.

I don't see how Neulevel is going to award the URL's that have more than one applicant.

If they loose I may loose.

It seems the plaintiff's didn't what to fork up any money!
