one of my client saw a competitor on the parking page ads and want to have his site listed there.

Since ive never been involved with ppc and other campaigns on parked domains, i would be interested in knowing how its done? who does it? and any recommendations?

Check out who is providing the ad feed. Mouse over the PPC links and see if that gives you a clue.

You might also determine who's behind the parkting page and contact them. Start by checking the DNS for the parked domain. That is often a helpful way of identifying the parking company.

Of course, you might contact the domain owner to ask - failing all else.
