I have 13 domains and I'd like to try to sell a few of them. I'd say they're pretty low-value. What is the best way to do this? I saw godaddy's "Domain Name Aftermarket" site. Is that the way to go?

That's one place - to find others, google the phrase Sell Domains. Also, see the domain forum sites. Most have an appraisals thread, where you can ask more experienced people to evaluate your names and give you an idea how much they are really worth. Some forums also let you list names for sale and solicit offers.

There isn't a "leader" in this area?

No, especially in the case of minor domains.

In the forums you will get reseller prices for minor, non-traffic domains. Reseller prices tend to be 1/10 to 1/20th - or less - of what you might expect an enduser would pay.

You will get traffic offers - 2 years to 10+ years "proven PPC revenue" - for proven traffic domains.

The main listing services would be Sedo?Afternic/TDNAM. The main forums sellers would be DNForum/NamePros. As Webwork pointed out, you'll only get wholesale prices at the forums.

Another thing you should do, if they are undeveloped, would be to park the domains with a ppc provider. You will get offers from people landing on your page. The good thing about those offers, is that many of them are from "quality retail buyers".
