Site copying my site

First they take a domain like mine, now their website looks like mine, too.

I have a successful site, let's call it "example.com." (not the real name) I tried to buy the domain "example#.com" (not the real name) but it was already taken.

Now, "example#.com," which is just a link farm, has been redesigned to look like my site. People trying to reach my site are certain to be confused.

I have proof that it's being held for ransom. Once, when I tried to buy the domain, I got a counterbid back from the registrar. I still have this counterbid in my possession.

Do I have any rights in this? How would you recommend I proceed?

Same like others: demonstrate trademark rights based on what the law allows, and use any and all legal and administrative means of proving the domain name's current usage is infringing your trademark rights.

Otherwise, sorry to say but uh uh.
