EU domain rejected in phase 2 sunrise, what now?

Alternatives to probably costly ADR?

A client has applied for an EU domain name in phase 2 of the sunrise period. His request was denied because he applied for foobar.eu while the full name of his company is "Foo Bar Europe".

The eu whois database shows that the domain will come available for registration again somewhere around the end of next month, but he can still start ADR.

As there is nowbody else claiming the domain, and he actually has proof that he has the right to foobar.eu, is there another alternative to starting a propably costly ADR-procedure?

Reading my own question, I just realised that foobar.eu is actually a perfect fit for a company named "Foo Bar Europe". foobareurope.eu sounds like an oxymoron. Even more reason to oppose the descision of eurid.
