.EU domain names which received applications will be delayed?

Hello, can anyone confirm me please if it`s true that any .eu domain name for which the EURID can`t decide by the 7th of April, they will be offered in a second sort of Landrush later this year?

I reckon I read this somewhere but I can`t find the news anymore!
I wonder if those domains which have no successful applications and no one else pending at left on 6 April, they will be available on 7 April or not.

I have a LOT pending
and I haven't heard that,
but interesting thought.
I thought it was free for
all on the 7th.
Problem is, which registrants
servers are going to place the
action first.
Bet you a dollar that there
is a myterious problem
in some countries that
morning.
