I've seen afternic, moniker, snapnames, sedo.

Afternic and Sedo will work. Any one of the many domain forums or web development forums will work. Free is great, so post your information everywhere. The more exposure the better.

Selling on your own also works and saves on commissions.

Search "domain forum", etc.

Use an escrow service to assure payment. Escrow.com is a very popular option.

I see lots of sites and domains get sold on webmaster forums like #*$!.com (forums.digitalpoint.com) and sitepoint.com/forums.
