Does anybody know of English language domain registrars which accept .de domain names and offer comprehensive DNS Management and Web Forwarding with meta-tags?

Can't say that I do, especially the part about "forwarding with meta tags" but I'm game for seeing an answer - to see if there is an answer.

I assume this means that you've checked with all the major U.S. players already: NetSol, RegCom, GoD, Enom, Moniker, etc.?

DomainDiscount24.com registers .de domains and they support both forwarding types you are looking for.
