Evaluating worth

Hi,

I wanted to get your opinion on a specific domain that i got an offer for yet i cant determine the value for it.
its a 1 word .com of a foreign company name,i own it prior to them doing business in the us because the same 1 word also caters to another company name i own here in the us

the domain gets appx 5000 unique visitors per month-40% ctr. (based on name recognition,never spent anything to market it).

the company at the other company owns a tm in they're country, i have a corporation with this same name in the us so i dont feel there is any kind of tm infrigment.

where do i start and where does it end? :)
