I want to buy a domain and build a site called 123houseWidget.com and i noticed somebody owns 123houseWidgets.com (notice the S) and they registered it 3 years ago.
My question is if i buy, build, develope and rank my site and two years down the road the people from 123houseWidgets.com creat a site selling similar products, will i get forced to remove my site because they had their name for a longer period of time and the site domains are confusingly similar?
Another question: what would happen in this situation, Their is a site called 123WidgetService.com which provides a service for widgets and i create my site called 1234WidgetServices.com which provides services for the same widgets but has different logo and site design. Will i run into trouble doing this?

Well...there are laws (US-based especially) that says "No!" to both what you ask.
