How can I determine if an expired domain name is blacklisted by a Search Engine?

I would like to register an expired domain name that has been used by someone else before around 2003-2004. I did check the archive.org to see if it is a porn site or gambling site but i think it is quite clean.

However i am still hesitated in registering it because i have an experience in registering a domain name which is a local administration site in Japan but happened to be banned by google with unknown cause. (at least i dont know why it got banned)

Is there a place where i can check whether the domain name that is available since september this year but still under some kind of google black list?

Any website that tells you "they have the answer" is not telling the truth or is not predicting the future with the requisite certainty you need for critical decisions. Only Google knows.
