I recently bought a domain name and put up my website on a host. The webspace was not enough for me, so I transferred to a different host with more webspace and bandwidth. The site has been uploaded to both places. I updated the DNS nameservers over to the new space, but the URL still goes to the old space. Can someone help me with why this is?
Also, after changing the DNS settings, it said updating for about 3 hours, and now it says ready. Could it be possible that it just requires more time?
TIA

The DNS change is probably still propogating. Give it 24-48 hours and you should be in good shape. If your host does not have weekend support, call them and ensure the DNS settings are correct and that THEY have added the domain to their name servers. That maybe the step you are missing.
