How to locate a domain for sale with pagerank and alexa ranking

I want to buy a domain name preferably $1000 or less. What I expect for $1000 or less is a domain name that at least has a pagerank of 3-5, and an alexa ranking of 500,000-2,000,000

I am aware of these sites:

sedo
afternic
ebay
pool

The big problem I am finding out is that domains go for $500, and have 0PR and N/A alexa. Similarly, domains going for $3000 or even $100,000 have 0PR and N/A alexa. This is disturbing. How can anyone sell a domain for that much money if it isn't even alexa ranked? I know alexa ranking isn't 100 percent accurate, but it DOES give an idea of what kind of traffic a site gets. I just dont understand how to go about buying a domain the right way I guess.

If I want to buy a domain for traffic and pagerank, where do I go? So far sedo and afternic has shown rip offs, unless I am searching their sites wrong.

you aren't going to be able to buy a domain with alexa ranking and pagerank - you're going to need to buy a website. Big difference.

.... based on activity from those who use that particular toolbar, whether that's straight forward usage or whether it's manipulated to improve the numbers usage is a separate question.

Well I want backlinks and pagerank because that would be the whole purpose of spending the money to buy a domain/website. Although alexa ranking can be manipulated, an alexa ranking of "N/A" tells me the site doesn't get much traffic.

Also, why spend $500 to $1000 on a pagerank 0 site with no traffic when you can just pay $10/year for a brand new domain?
