How to sell domain names online?

How to technically (not the marketing issues)

Can anyone give me some guidance on how to sell .co.uk and .com domain names directly from a website? I need an interface to:
- Check availability of a domain,
- Register owner details if a name is available (name, address etc)
- Pay for domain.

I can easily create an online payment facility, and a form to collect the domain-owner-details. My problems are:
1.) How to interface with the .com and .co.uk availability-database?
2.) How to automatically and officially register the owner details of a domain?

Are these the options?:
1.) Either, use a Registra that provides an interface that I can put on my site (with my logo, not theirs). If anyone knows such a registrar please let me know (e.g. stickymail).

2.) Or, become a Registra.
If this is a sensible option, can anyone tell me how to? for .co.uk and .com

I expect to sell at most 10 domains per week (so we're not talking thousands!).

What about a reseller account from one of the major registrars?

...reseller account from one of the major registrars?

I don't know about this subject. If I get a reseller account, can I setup an interface (forms on my site) with my brand?

[google.com...]

Enom, GoDaddy, NetworkSolutions - to mention a few of the "majors" - offer reseller accounts.

Due to the needs for uniformity in functionality and management the interface they each provide has common elements with the parent company's interface but they are customizable for "look".

Also try searching using the term "white label", which is used to describe private branding.
