I have the opportunity to purchase a site that recieves 15 million hits (175,000 unique) per month.

I figured with a SAFE cpc and ctr, i could turn that into 750-1500 month residual.

What's the site worth then? And is that a fair estimate?

depends what the site is about.. if it's about how hamburgers are made then obviosly no its not going to earn a lot.

my site generates twice that traffic and doesnt generate that kind of money.
