HR Site, How to Name it?

I've been working in HR and want to write some stuff in this field and put it online. I wonder what guidlines I should follow when naming the site.

If I'll select a name completely unrelated to HR (just in case I shift the focus on something else later on) how should I roceed to select a name as cool as: Google, Yahoo, Flickr, Monster and the like. When selecting non descriptive names (but names to brand on later), how to proceed when selecting such a name?
