I want to register upto 1000 domains. What is the best and easiest way to do it all in bulk?

Every registrar I know offers bulk registration discounts. When you are talking 1,000+ domains the deals will all be about the same. Be prepared to pay by check or wire. As the margins get thin the credit card charges start to be taken into consideration.

Regarding the registration, either the registrar has a bulk option on their website or you should be able to submit a list of domains, after pre-payment.

You might want to call a few registrars to see how easy it is to navigate their support.

I would use a registrar that allows you to submit email templates that way you can automate it from within your system.

Some companies might be about $6.49 each. <Some of the larger registrars run periodic specials>

I would advise to register with a good and reliable registrar like Godaddy and eNom only, you can find good deal offer from them for bulk purchase.
