I'm not sure what you mean by "domain search engine".
Do you mean expired domains, unregistered domains, registered domains or domain idea generator?

Pretty much! Is there some kind of perl or PHP script or some kind of site that offers the service in such a way that you can customise the search to your site, much like the atom search engine!
