Purchase of PR 6 Domain Name - Advice Requested

If have the opportunity to purchase a domain name with a PR 6 and would like to ask for some advice.

First, here are the facts. The cost of the domain would be about $20 U.S. Backlinks that contribute to the PR value have all evolved over time and come from legitimate sources and are likely to remain in place for the next year or so. The domain belongs to a local retail business that has closed permanently and therefore has no traffic. The actual domain name is one long string without hyphens but does contain the words computer and books.

Therefore, if I may ask, what are possible applications or uses for this domain? Any thoughts or suggestions would be most welcome.

Sounds like a good deal, I'd buy it for more than 20 bucks without thinking twice. Where did you find it? Did you use PR Checker on expired domain lists?

Avi Wilenksy: Actually, I found the domain by being aware of that particular business long before it closed.
