get all the domain names on an ip address

in the world of reseller hosting where multiple domain names are hosted on a single ip address.
is there a way i can get the domain names mapped on an ip address.

need this to findout if my ip or site on that ip is in abuse or spam, etc, befor i trasnfer my domain on that ip.

You can do an "Domains on IP" lookup over at whois dot sc, althought I think it is a charged service.
