bought a domain more than a week ago and....

still can't use it !

HI guys,

Hope someone can direct me here.

I bought a domain name (a .ws) more than a week ago. I bought it from one of these domain resellers (reputable one) and it got transfered to a registration service.

It turns out I can't set up my name servers for this domain and I can't really understand why?

Has anyone encounter this problem and if so how can I speed up the process?

What sort of issues are you haveing with the dns setup? I havent set up a .ws domain but technichaly they should be the same as any other tld.

If you can post a little more info about the problem then i'm sure someone will be able to help put.

I think, from some work I did a long while ago, that you need to register your nameserver with the main .ws server for it to be recognised.

I'd ask your hosting company for help - that's what I had to do, it took them about 5 minutes to do what ever process they needed to follow.
