Hello all,

I recently registered a domain when I realised a few moments later that the name is probably trademarked.

Is this the case and any suggestions on what I should do now?

Kind Regards,

Dirk.

For one, check the .in registry regarding possible trademark infringement and see what they'll
do upon receipt of such.

For another, be ready to retain an attorney. And no, don't actively seek out the trademark
holder in an attempt to sell the name to them.

You aren't going to win a lawsuit. Just let the domain expire. If you build a site with it and it gets big, you can guarantee you will lose it. If you monetize it in any way you could get in big trouble.

Make it a SEO site.. LOL, the how to get your website a higher WEIGHT, offer a service that watchs your 'websites' weighted listings in search engines.. daily/weekly/monthly reports? Offer it as a 'free email service' site?

Just a thought, otherwise let it go..
