Judges said the US giant Kraft Foods was entitled to the www.milka.fr website because it had owned the brand long before Mrs Budimir, 58, was born.

Her only bad luck was that both she and the complaining party were at the same
place at the same time.

Personally, I think she should appeal. I wouldn't mind giving a small donation to her appeal fund.

I have been through the same nightmare with a big TV company trying to get my domain. Fortunately, they didn't.
