Im curious if any of you have any experience with using domain names in a non english language...for example if you where promoting the word kitchen, how well would the domain cuisine.com do etc! Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Domain names in local language seem to be doing well in many European engines, so I am recommending that to all customers. Stick a keyword (or two with a hyphen) in there and use the same word(s) in title. Does the trick in my experience.

Thanks for your reply...i am always telling people to not use domain names with a hyphen, and i was really interested how well these names do in the likes of google now that it is beginning to translate pages into whatever language! I have noticed a LOT of very good non english one word domain names with very high click keywords...probably estimated 2000 a day in google alone...so i was curious how well these could do, as the domain name can make a big difference in the se these days especially one worders!
