where to register .lk domain

plzzzzzzz let meknow from where i can register the .lk (Srilanka ) domains, i search a lot on google for it but only find one site providing it for $475 :(

but from where can i register it, i mean i dont live in srilanka ,i have to register it for my client in Pakistan, so is there any way i can register it through my credit card.

There is a form on the site I mentioned above - [nic.lk...]

You may also want to email the contact mentioned on that site to see if there are any restrictions, but submitting the form is a good first step.
