I need some inspiration and fast! If anyone has recently(last year) picked up an expired domain name that was released, please share. I am trying to pick up a few, but no luck so far.

I have never sold a domain name, almost sold one, but it fell through. I would very much like to sell one(got to pay rent) and like some tips and tricks from those who have been successful. Please share your story and indicate what made the difference with getting the sale through.

I have listed my domains on greatdomains.com, but that is as far as I have gone so far. I am thinking of performing a targeted marketing/sales email campaign(good copy) for selling a few domains. Any suggestion and or success storier, which be greatly appreciated.

of links but worth it.

How are you able to tell if there are links attached to an expired domain name?

The best way to check for links to a domain is by searching on google like this:

link:domain.com

It will list linking pages.
