What is a "reasonable price?"

My company's website is word1word2word3.com. I just contacted the person who owns word1word2.com and she said that I could have it for a "reasonable price" since she hadn't updated the site in a year and didn't need it any more. We will probably never use the domain for our main site, it will just make type ins and e-mail addresses easier. So what is reasonable? I was going to offer her $200. Am I being stingy or is that fair? The domain is the equivalent of something like rabbitriver.com, bearstream.com, or wolfvalley.com. My current site would be wolfvalleywidgets.com.

Thanks.

Offer her $200. Seems reasonable. If she counteroffers, you can reconsider at that time, and counter-counter. Or you might simply write her back and ask what her "reasonable price" is, and then YOU can counter-offer (would be my pref....)

Well, I made an offer of $200. We'll see how that goes over.

Well with a pr of 3 and 4 backlinks I guess it technically does have both, but I don't think either of us considers it at all valuable in that respect.
