Deleted Domains w/ PageRank Listing

This is my first post on WebmasterWorld. :)

To the best of your knowledge is there a website or utility out there that can list deleted domains with PageRank?

Or, can you do a search on deleted domains with a keyword that will return the results by PageRank?

Don't you think this would be a waste of money? Once Google spidered the new site and saw that the content was different, its position and PageRank would change immediately.

Well I didn't plan on spending any money :(
But I would try to buy it if it had alot of inbound links also...
