Domain name with 36 letters

Hi Everyone! I'm new here but have red some posts and find this forum very helpful.

I stumbled upon a website that is selling domain names, I thought it's nice to try to do buying domain names as well and sell it later or put it in a paid parking to generate some income. I used overture to look for some keywords and have found one with over 4000 searches in one month on the exact phrase. My concerns are; this name is the name of one of the well known university in my country. Is there any legal implication on my part owning this name? Also, it has 36 letters with 5 words. Is it wise to acquire this?

i don't know but one thing about this i would not want to type all of 35 chariters to get to that site not to say most people would miss spell it at least once this might deture people from even attempting to go there
