an somebody be kind to tell me in a few words the diference between [domain.com...] and [domain.com?...] I've noticed that some site can be reached by any of the to ways and others only whith the www.

The "www" part is a sub-domain. Many web sites automatically make the two essentially equivalent, but some haven't, either by design or because they don't know any better.
They could just as easily have www.example.com, widgets.example.com, and example.com point to the same page.
