Hi, we engaged these guys to get a detagged name for us when it became available and were succesful back in November 2003. We now can't contact CHC/Dropcatcher to use the domain, anyone know if they're still in business?

chc etc are still around, or were 5 minutes ago when I last spoke to them.
I take it you have looked at their site, which also has a forum etc etc.

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I've been leaving messages on their phone system for 4 days now with no replies and and pressed all of the option numbers. I've tried to speak to them via MSN and also sent faxes but no joy. I promise I have no interest in bad mouthing them in fact they very efficiently registered a tag as soon as it was dropped for us but all communication avenues have been exhausted.
