We seem to have alot of patent infringement cases jumping into the news headlines lately. Theres the current discussion concerning Microsoft/Eolas concerning browsers and now Network Solutions and Register.com are hearing it from a couple of guys claming they're infringing upon their e-mail and domain naming patent.
