UPDATE: I just got off the phone to Register.com and they are 'migrating' accounts to 'my-account-manager.com'. I was able to sign in and access my account.
Hm.. they never emailed me about this, nor is the new URL mentioned when you cannot sign in, nor have they answered my support question.
Poor stuff indeed!
