About a year before expiration of the Internic I bought domain registration for nine years with a nice discount.
I had no need to change data of my account until last November.
All my passwords from Internic were invalid at Network Solutions, so I contacted them.
They arrogantly and with no explanation requested a fax with the copy of my drivers license and a signed statement that I am really myself.
I faxed to them the requested paperwork and got new keys, but the incident still bugs me.
Does anybody has similar experience with the NetSol or knows typical background of such cases?
