I recently instaled windows 2003 server, talked to a registrar about registering a .pt domain, and did it.
I all ready have the server working as a primary dns server.
Now they are asking me to have a secondary dns server!
And I only have a range of 4 static IP wich are all taken ( 2 are reserved by the ISP and one for the server and the other for the router ).
What can I do now?
Can I use my primary dns server as secondary dns server for the same domain?
Can anyone help please?
Thank you all in advance for your attention,

As long as your DNS server responds on both IPs to name lookup requests, you'll be fine.
Like Moltar says, do a search on Google and you'll find pointers as to what you need to do.

I was hinting on free DNS services. Or Secondary DNS exchanges. You can run only one for yourself and someone else will run secondary DNS for you. And you will run secondary for someone else.
Also there is free service - granitecanyon. You can try that. If offers free primary and secondary DNS.
If you can't find any - sticky me, I will be glad to help you.
Good luck!
