When exactly will this domain fall?

It's a .net domain and this can be found in whois:

Status: PENDINGDELETE
Updated Date: 25-aug-2003
Creation Date: 23-jun-1999
Expiration Date: 23-jun-2003

Will it fall on 30th or on 31st of August?

Also if you follow this deletition process [snapnames.com...] then the domain should enter in "pending delete" 75 days after the expiration date which is 6-sep-2003 and not 25-aug-2003. I am I missng something?

I've also heard that it takes 35 days for .org domains to fall. That is 35 days after date posted under "Updated Date" (when they enter in PENDING DELETE status). Is this true?

Now what about registrars not following that time process as posted on snapnames site?

Also I have .org bacordered which is in pendingdelete more than 8 days (which is pass that 5-6 day period). What does that mean?
