Please help me ) I'm an absolute lamer in the field of domains. I act behalf on our company which is going to conclude a contract for representating one of the Domain registrators (USA). We are a non-USA company, and it will be our first contract in the field, so we didn't even see such a contract before. To avoid problems implied by different contract tradinions, I woukd be appreciate you for giving me a link to an approximate form of such a contract (or simply of contract for buying domain) in English.
